Services

Three engagements, each with an end.

Every one is fixed in scope and quoted as a flat fee after a free twenty-minute call. You will know what you are getting and what it costs before anything starts.

01

The Access Review

We find out who holds the keys.

Every account, every admin right, every former employee who still has a working login. How two-factor is actually covered, and how passwords actually get handled, not how the policy says they do.

About a week of calendar time and very little of yours. We read; we change nothing. Think of it as the inspection before the work. Most of what we find is dull, and the dull findings are the ones that let people in.

What you get
  • A written report, ranked by risk, in language you can hand to anyone
  • A prioritised fix list you keep, whether or not we do the fixing
  • Half an hour on a call so the report gets understood, not filed
02

Access Cleanup

Then we change the locks that need changing.

Two-factor rolled out in an order that doesn't lock anyone out. A conditional access baseline. Administrator accounts separated from the ones people read email with. A password manager your staff will actually use. And a written process for joiners, movers and leavers.

Two to four weeks, scoped from the review, so we both know exactly what we agreed before it starts.

What you get
  • The changes made, in a sequence that doesn't strand anybody
  • A one-page runbook you keep, so next time you can do it in-house
  • A handover call with whoever will own it after we go
03

Standing Access Check

Four times a year, we check what changed.

Your locks change every time someone signs up for something. New starters, quiet departures, an application bought on a company card, two-factor switched off for one person during a bad week and never switched back on.

Deliberately not a retainer. You are buying a specific review on a known date. Not general availability, which we would rather not sell you.

What you get
  • A drift report against the last review
  • Anything new that needs attention, ranked
  • A short call each quarter

How it works

Three steps, and you can stop after any of them.

  1. Step 1

    We talk

Twenty minutes, free. What the business runs on, who works there, and what has already gone wrong or nearly gone wrong.

  2. Step 2

    We scope it and quote

A written scope and a flat fee. If the honest answer is that you do not need us yet, you will get that instead. It happens, and it costs you nothing.

  3. Step 3

    We do the work

On the agreed schedule, with a written findings report and a fix list you keep.

No retainers, no hourly meters, nothing open-ended. We take on a small number of clients at a time, so yours gets proper attention.

Start with the review.

It is the one that tells us both whether there is anything worth doing.
